Using Impact Studio
Users must provide accurate account information, keep access details secure, and use the service only for lawful nonprofit planning and documentation activities.
Accounts and permissions
Organizations are responsible for assigning appropriate administrators and user permissions. Actions taken through an authorized account are treated as actions of that organization.
Project content
Organizations retain responsibility for the information they submit and the documents they approve. Generated material should be reviewed for accuracy, suitability, and funder requirements before use.
Acceptable use
Users must not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, upload unlawful content, misuse another person's information, or represent generated material as independently verified advice.
Availability and changes
Features may change as the product develops. Production service levels, support commitments, fees, cancellation terms, and notice periods must be confirmed in the final agreement.
Liability and governing terms
Appropriate warranties, limitations of liability, dispute provisions, and governing law must be supplied and approved by qualified legal counsel before production launch.
