Information we collect

Account details, organization information, project inputs, generated documents, support requests, and basic usage records may be collected when the service is used.

How information is used

Information is used to provide the workspace, generate requested documents, maintain account access, improve reliability, respond to support needs, and protect the service.

Organization access

Authorized administrators may manage users and view activity within the organizations assigned to them. Access should follow the role and permission model configured by the organization.

Storage and protection

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards should protect stored information. Retention periods, backup practices, and hosting locations must be confirmed before production launch.

Sharing and service providers

Information should only be shared with service providers needed to operate Impact Studio, or where required by law. Production vendors and subprocessors must be listed in the final policy.

Your choices

Users may request access, correction, export, or deletion of eligible personal information through their organization administrator or the published privacy contact.
